Right now Nick is getting 2 days off every other week so we take full advantage of the free time we have. After a full Saturday afternoon, we got dressed up and went to the Darby Dan Farm. Doctors Hospital put together a great event filled with a putting contest, corn hole, and a ring toss. We won some great prizes there! Robin and I were impressed with the music and shrimp that was dispensed by an ice sculpture! Nick was impressed when he broke the door knob...men! 
Mom and I recently went to the American Idol concert. Dad got us tickets to the meet n' greet and then we sat in the 11th row for the show. It was really cool to see the Idols up close! Brooke is our favorite. She's as nice in person as she appeared to 
be on tv.
Dad and I have spent several days at the new Creekside area in Gahanna where I grew up. First, we celebrated his birthday on July 17th at a restaurant with a great view, and here we are at the Farmer's Market. We got some great produce and had fresh lemonade.
